Can I modify or cancel my order?


Because we aim to process orders as quickly as possible, any modifications or cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of placing the order. Requests made after this time will be declined. Once your order is received, it can be returned for a full refund.

 

When will my order be processed?


All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse. Please note that extra time may be needed for processing during holidays and sale seasons. Orders placed before 11:00 PM will be processed the same day. Please note, we do not ship on weekends.

In 99% of cases, orders are delivered within the expected timeframe. However, there may occasionally be delays in the delivery process.
If you have not received your order 3 days after the expected delivery time, please contact us.

How do I return an item?


If you are not satisfied with your order, you can exchange or return it within 30 days of receipt. Products must be returned in their original condition, with labels and tags attached. The product should show no signs of use.
A return must always include a Track & Trace code. The sender is always responsible for the shipping.

Once we receive the returned items, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your account within 14 days.
